Westway Park Masterplan

This exploratory master plan tests landscape concepts for an underutilized slope, subject to strict development restrictions. The master plan for a new community proposes a significant open space component to offset a high-density residential development. Underground parking opens up the potential to maximize recreational uses and naturalized landscaping which will tie together the new community with adjacent educational facilities.
