Rothesay Netherwood School Campus Master Plan

A prestigious private boarding and day school, RNS occupies a stunning site, embedded in the landscape of the Kennebecasis River Valley. The campus had seen various periods of growth over its 143 year history, and the campus as a whole is in need of a more cohesive structure and vision for the next 30 years of growth. Following workshops with faculty and students, Brackish developed a comprehensive master plan that outlined a future vision for campus structure, program, circulation, environmental ethics, and phasing. The master plan is intended to provide the school with a road map for planning future facilities in a way that is logical, and supports the overall framework.
